5They do not taste very good however you are meant to swallow them as they are a tablet form so the taste is not to bad. Feeling a little more energetic and I take 2 tablets twice a day every day.Goes Well With:Water

Small but Mighty
5Recently purchased Alpha Man Multi Vitamins from My Protein for the 4th/5th time thought it was time to write a review. I think these tablets do help in over all general health getting in those Vitamins that is hard to get from daily food intake while trying to achieve fitness goals. It gives you a small but noticeable boost in the mornings and pre workout! All round worthwhile product to include in any diet no matter what your goals are. Also over the winter months I personally would have been prone to Colds but after taking these thankfully I got throught the winter Cold/flu free while continuing my training! Goes Well With:Water or Protein Shake

More energy
5I have been using Alpha Men for a few weeks now and I have noticed I have increased energy both during trainining and after and am less prone to catching colds. I would certainly reccomend Alpha Men as it is good value for money comparing other multivitamins of the same caliber.

5I got it on a sale, but I guess it does the job since I am burning fat now so I can't eat what I need and want :)

A Good Multivitamin
4The tablets themselves are quite large, with a suggested intake of 4 per day (2 taken twice a day), but they seem to do a good job providing many necessary vitamins and minerals, albeit lacking in iron.Goes Well With:Water

5another really great product. looking at the ingredients list it provides everything i need and bonus ingredients for immune health. felt better only a week after starting them.Goes Well With:anything

Great multivit but YCH!
5Great product, very good vitamin levels but OH MY GOD these taste horrible! They smell disgusting and they leave a horrible taste in your mouth.
