Noticed the difference
5I’m not a big one on vitamin tablets, but thought I would give these a go. Have really noticed a difference in energy levels and have felt good since taking them (3 weeks in).

5Didn’t know if these were going to be any good….. but to be honest they’ve been pretty good and I think they have actually worked better than most multi vitamins

These are my Staple 1 serving a day Multi-Vitamin
5I've been using these for years, recently I swapped to a different brand to attempt to save some costs, and honestly...they just weren't as good, and although close enough in values they just weren't as affective (the other brand didn't quite have the same amount of vit b12 so had to additionally supplement it at extra cost) I just felt not as good daily I could have called it a placebo, but I bought 240 of the other brand, and after being on these for years I noticed the decline in my daily feels overall I haven't found any other 1 serving a day multivitamin that works as well as this for the price a few days in now after having a new bottle and feeling back to how I expectedGoes Well With:magnesium at night, iron if you are deficient and in winter some extra vit d

Interesting - deals with my depression
5I'm trying to work out why, but I get down from time to time, I found out that taking one of these fixes it within hours! Please don't ever stop making them. Supermarket vits don't have that effect.... It must be a chemical imbalance, but not sure which just yet.

INCREDIBLE
5Over the years I’ve bought many supplements to combat my middle afternoon fatigue and though there have been some good ones they never seem to consistently do the job. When I first tried this supplement I felt no effect for 6 hours in which during that time I thought another bottle to add the collection of bitter disappointment. That was until I felt a tingle in my stomach and if was it we had take off. This supplement is incredible, it gives a consistent uplifting feeling that can only make you feel indeed Alpha. Couldn’t imagine a world without them Goes Well With:Any liquid
