5I've been taking Alpha Men for about a year. I find them very effective. I came off them and tried some standard vitamins, and I didn't feel as well as I do on these. It's a great product at a great price. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil.

Alpha Men - More like ALPHA Men
5Alpha Men is full of vitamins, in a size small enough to put in your mouth and swallow, mimicking the process of eating real food! Couldn't be simpler to take the vitamins from the jar and get them into your body. 11/10, would buy again.

5I've been using Alpha Men for a year and a half. I haven't caught a cold or fallen ill since I've been using this product! Also, I train very hard in the gym, and without Alpha Men I wouldn't have, as my immune system goes down because of the intense training. With the use of Alpha Men, I recover very quick and I'm ready for the following day to train hard! I would recommend it to everyone for a better recovery.

5Alpha men is a great supplement, after taking for the first couple of days my energy levels improved a lot, i feel like a new person taking alpha men I have never felt better and there a great price and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and any of you that are debating to get them. 5This is the best multi-vitamin I've ever used. In the 2 years that I have been taking them I have never had a cold/flu. 100% recommend.

4I have been taking Alpha Men for 4 months now and have noticed I feel a lot more alert during the day and have stayed illness-free for much of that time. My only reservation is the fact that it turns my urine a radioactive yellow after usage; don't know if that's an adverse effect or not.

Not sure, seems to be good
4So, after trying these I have felt a positive effect on my energy levels and well, how can I say it "general well being"?. This could just be a placebo effect because I've spent a bit of cash on these and I want them to work but hey so far so good. They taste a bit funky but you're washing them down quickly so that doesn't matter at all. I think that 4 a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) is too much, my urine becomes radioactive with just 1 in the morning - so from this I just half the dosage (not sure if that will effect the results though!)

Alpha Men
5Have been taking these 2-3 times a day for the last 2 weeks and they have made a noticeable difference, general health has improved and have been able to fend off illnesses going around the office.

4Alpha Men does exactly what it says on the tin. It's just a multivitamin with everything you need and more. The tablet size is normal, the smell and taste is slightly discomforting but hey, it's just a vitamin, get it down you! Goes Well With:CLA, BCAA+
