4I am always wary of multi vits. But these have really made a difference , and i will be buying again as great value too.

Good product
4Been taking 4 alpha men tablets a day (2 morning, 2 night) for about 18 months now - SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the number of pesky colds I get. Used to get run down all the time with work, gym and a busy lifestyle and get a cold every month or two but these have axed that almost entirely. Great boost to immune system. Not hard to swallow either people just need to man up, I get two down + an omega 3 in one go.

5Great product and as always great service by MyProtein. Would recommend to anybody whether they are a bodybuilder or not since it is so beneficial to the immune system. Goes Well With:Water (obviously!)

Best multi vits/mins on the market!!!
5Haven't been ill since taking these and generally from day to day feel a lot better. Pills slightly on the large side and don't have the best smell but this isn't a problem as they are definitely effective. Will definitely be buying again. Goes Well With:Vitamin C with bioflavonoids & rosehip Cod Liver Oil Omega 3 6 9 Glucosamine Sulphate

Can't complain
4Two in the morning and two in the evening. Stick to that and you'll be fine. Energy, the way you feel inside and of course general health!Goes Well With:Water, juice etc......
