Shrinkflation Formula and size changed Beware!
2No notification of formula change. Sneaky changes to ingredients and removal of ingredients. Now just a run-of-the-mill OVERPRICED Vitamin.

Very Smelly
2These smell so bad, I actually gag when I take them. My wife said the cupboard smells so bad. Shame they can’t be encapsulated to prevent this.

Good, balanced Multivitamin
5A very balanced & encompassing multivitamin. Quite a large tablet, but with so much packed in, it is no surprise. Very decent value for money when bought in larger quantities. 15mg of zinc to bolster the immune system as well, so all round a good product. The review is forcing me to choose a rating on 'mixability' & 'taste' - well it's a tablet, so neither apply as it tastes of nothing and it can't be mixed, it's solid.

5If I was to pick only 1 supplement this would be it. I feel great when I take them and rubbish when I don't. The difference day to day is really noticeable, I have been taking them for years and have recommended to many. My only concern is if myprotein stop production. Goes Well With:For me I stack with a glucosamine supplement in the morning, and in the evening a zince and magnesium with curcumin. A couple of shakes during the day one with creatine. But as I said out of everything, if I could only pick one, this would be it.

Horrible taste and smell
3Tastes and smell rancid and repeats on you when you burp. makes your pee smell awful. Other than that probably does the job

Bloating and gas...
2For some reason these give me quite bad bloating and gas, have kept using them despite this in the hope my stomach will get used to them but no. Bit of a pain. As there is no iron in them I wonder what might be doing this?

Exactly what I'm after
5I needed a multivitamin that didn't interfere with other supplements I was taking and without any ridiculous doses. This does exactly that, it makes me feel more alert and have more energy. Perfect addition to my routine.

Worth it
5Been taking two a day for the past 10 days. I'm sleeping better and have a bit more get up and go. The smell is genuinely awful but just they go down your throat not up your nose so.... Fairly large, can be a little difficult to swallow. Will be buying againGoes Well With:A glass of water, a nose clip
