Nutty spread
5Cashew butter is delicious and nourishing for a snack meal. It is very sustaining and filling and keeps me going energy wise after a run.It's convenient not to have to cook something when I come in starving for something tasty to eat.Goes Well With:Banana and toaster olive bread.

Cashew Butter
4Cashew Butter is much better value than any shop bought jars (£3.60 170g jars last me about 3 days!). It's good as breakfast spread (I'm allergic to peanut butter) and it works well in brownie mixtures. This is a good product that does what it says on the tin. Goes Well With:Toast and in baking/ protein mixtures

5I bought this Cashew Butter as a snack replacement and use it with rice crackers. It has an excellent consistency and is easy to spread. I'm unsure as to its effectiveness currently, but it tastes great.
