"I am now on my 2nd 2.5k bag of this, tried the Choc Smooth first, couldn't believe how good it tasted compated to other brands I'd tried however it started to be a bit sickly when drinking it at 7.30am so I've now got the Vanilla which is sweet but I don't think it'll be quite so hard to drink in the morning!\nI have one shake instead of my breakfast and one post workout and I feel its definitely benefitting me, really happy with it so I'll keep on with it.\nTo the below review.....you've had it a WEEK, its not a miracle supplement, things take time! "Bought the hurricane Xs about a week ago after a recomendation from a PT at the gym. What a total waste of money , i have been taking it along with Weight Gain also from my protein and the results are terrible. i have lost weight in the week , every time i have an Xs shake i cant eat or do any thing for about two hours after beacuse i just feel sick . take my adivise and dont touch the stuff"

"I have used Cyclone in the past and got good results from it, but recently a friend recommended Hurricane to me as a cheaper alternative. I bought 2 x 2.5 kilo bags of Hurricane and was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews stating that it tasted rank! (I cant handle bad tasting supplements and usually have to sell them on!)\nIm pleased to say that my chocolate smooth Hurricane arrived today and tastes great (one of the best tasting supplements I have tried). Tastes just like a chocolate milkshake. Sure it has a slightly gritty texture but this has to be expected from a creatine containing shake, even cyclone has a gritty texture. I cant say if the gains are as good as Cyclone but Hurricane certainly tastes better! I will add to this post at a later date regarding gains made!"

"Can't remember if I wrote something in the past about this but an update anyhow. I started using this stuff about a year ago when recommended by a friend. I was looking to add some mass after deciding to end Ironman training after a few years. 6'2" and 78kg's meant I was now far to light and I wanted a new direction with my training. I had always done some sort of weight training but nothing major, just hours and hours of swim, bike & run.\nAnyhow I started of with one scoop Hurricane and one scoop whey and with more weight training and light cardio reached about 86kg's by summer last year with 10% BF. By the end of the year I was up to 88 kg's but had reached a plateau.\nWhen the new year started I decided to really hit the weights hard and make Hurricane xs the foundation of my nutrition plan. Two shakes a day made with 400ml of skimmed milk, one in the morning for breakfast and the other immediately after training. Rest days I take the same dose. I buy the Choc Smooth and I think it tastes great. Mixed in the MP shaker with the little metal whisk it comes up delicious. No lumps and just the right consistancy.\nAt the moment I am sitting at 92.5kg and about 12% BF and on my way to my goal of 95kg and 9% BF for July. I find muscle soreness is at a minimum.\nAll in all Hurricane really has helped me gain lean tissue and I would recommend it to anyone.\n\nI hope this bit of info helps others when trying to decide if the products are good or not because I rely heavily on the reviews and research of others when looking for new training aids and ideas."

I love the taste (strawberry) I knew it will work as it has creatine and HMB which have countless studies supporting their benefits.\nOnly issue is how much milk should I use? Currently using about 500ml.

I have been taking XS for some weeks now and its superb. I ordered the choc smooth flavour and it tastes great. I have noticed that i have been lifting more weight than usual and i usually take this after my workout and 6 hours later.\nThe only question i have is do you guys take the shake only on workout days?

"Ive been using this for a few months now and its fantastic. Ive gone for the 'chocolate smooth' everytime and would definately recommend it! Dosage: im on two shakes a day, once post training then a second 6 hours later. I am supplementing this with 'unflavoured impact whey protein' aswell so my protein intake is a little higher. Since i introduced Hurricane ive noticed definate gains in mass without added body fat (which has actually been dropping)Worth the buy!"
