Taken 2 x daily everyday. Drastically Increased recovery times from Sqautting and deadlifting. Also got new PB's at the end of my training course. Will definatley use again in future.

"I recieved this shake a few days ago, and thought I should share my first impressions. It tastes great, but i find that I have to dilute it a lot more than suggested otherwise it can be quite rich and sickly especially at 7am. After 3 days on it i'll say i'm used to the taste, its nice and i've found the perfect milk/water to powder ratio. As for gains, well i'm obviously not going to notice a difference in the first few days, i'll post back in a months time and compare it to previous shakes and see how its got on, but so far the conclusion being, tastes goooood."

She hates all the shakes i have had in the past, but with this she did not even pull a funny face!!! This stuff is sickly sweet (Vanilla) Hard to stomach! The effects ARE good. With me my body fat dropped whilst maintaining good mass. It represents excellent value for money compared to the so called "leading brands" if only it was a little more palatable. Taste is an issue if you are consuming 2 a day!!
