Hurricane Bars
5The Hurricane XS bar is a great protein supplement that can be taken alongside a balanced diet at any time in the day. The convenience of eating a chocolate bar in the afternoon at my desk or on the go is wonderful. No need to prepare anything or carry around shakers etc. just put in alongside the packed lunch. This is the only protein supplement i take and it has had astonishing results. My muscle size, strength and endurance has increased significantly. The increased creatine saturation keeps me working longer in the gym and thus i can be more efficient in my work-outs. I'm 5kg heavier, with no additional body fat, just lean defined muscle. The bar itself is delicious, with a smooth chocolate outer coating, and delicious chocolate orange centre. It can be a bit chewy due to the density so i'd suggest warming it up slightly either in your pocket for 30 minutes which is what i do at work, or i imagine in the microwave for 5-10 seconds (i haven't tried this). Highly recommended for those looking to make their workouts that little more effective without the hassle of shakes.Goes Well With:Any drink

5These hurricane XS bars are great. I have one a day to keep the Creatine saturation in my body at a constant level and the results have been astounding. Over 8 weeks my strength, endurance and overall performance in the gym has improved astonishingly. This is the only supplement i take or have ever taken, previously being averse to protein supplementation, and it's incredible. Helps build strong, lean and defined muscle, with no adverse affects on digestion, all from eating a delicious chocolate bar. Great work MyProtein! Goes Well With:Any drink

Great tasting snack
5I use this bar as an afternoon snack after lunch before heading to the gym. The chocolate coating is delicious, with the chocolate orange being a really nice, natural flavour. You wouldn't really know this was a protein bar based upon the flavour. It is quite dense and chewy as would be expected of any bar like this, and so is often best warmed up either by leaving it in your pocket or left in the sun for a few minutes. I haven't tried microwaving it but imagine 10 seconds might do the same. Having had the bars daily for 8 weeks going to the gym 5 times a week, the results have been astounding. Large increases in muscle growth, i'm benching 30-40Kg more, with greater endurance and great muscle definition. This is the only protein supplement i take and is a great addition to a normal well balanced diet.Goes Well With:It's a chocolate bar, have it with lunch or as an afternoon snack. Have something to drink alongside it as the density of the bar can dry out the mouth.

Great pre-workout snack
5These bars are a great afternoon snack when the sugar craving kicks in an hour after lunch. The chocolate coating is delicious and although when cold the bars can be quite tough and chewy, i find if you leave it in your pocket for 30 minutes to warm up with your body heat, this is no longer a problem. It then provides you with the necessary carbs, sugar and protein for an effective session and recovery. I usually have it around an hour and a half before heading to the gym. Great value for money and a really great addition to a balanced diet. This is the only protein i take and having cycled it for 8 weeks with one week off (as creatine should be), it has had tremendous effects in muscle and strength growth, increasing size but more importantly definition.Goes Well With:Water - The bar can dry out your mouth due to its high density so i eat at my desk with a bottle of water

4Bars made out to deliver a lot, and they certainly do! Flavour is great, with good depth to the orange flavour, and the texture is much more palletable than some protein bars I have tried. These are also great warmed up with some fat free frozen yoghurt, to give a great dessert that is guilt free! Would definately re-purchase.Goes Well With:On there own straight from the gym. Use as a dessert or a snack to boost protin intake, and satisfy the sweet craving.

Best tasting protein bar & NO SWEETENERS
4Great value from my protein . tastes great like fudge. Also has aminos in for muscle building . Not too high calorie either Only suggestion is to have a version without creatine as I don't need it and Creatine seems to make me gain weight when I have it regularly

better then most
5Quite nice actuall, shame there's only one flavour but it's nice enough, i havent used them long enough to notice any major games etc but there handy for taking out for a snack as there not too heavy on you and plenty of protien

Not recommended
1I've tried many protein bars and honestly this is the worse one... The flavour is very intense and artificial... I even have a very bad feeling eating this bar as it has a lot of artificial ingredients and preservatives. I'm usually very satisfied with MP products, but I won't definitely buy this bar again.

Terrible flavour
2I ordered this product and I'm struggling to get through the first box. The flavour is very intense and has a strange after taste. The texture is expectedly heavy, but doesn't help if you're trying to eat it quickly to avoid tasting it. I'm sure the content of it is great, it's just not great when you have difficulty get through a single bar. Not sure how other people like this product, the majority of the reviews were very misleading. I would definitely not order this product again.
