Cranberry and pomegranate flavour
3If I can manage to drink it, then it gives me a nice boost and I have a lot more energy and a far better workout. But oh my god the taste is just horrible. There is no hint of cranberry or pomegranate. It somehow just tastes like a powdery sweetener, even though it actually mixes well in the shaker.

Hmmm
3Was slightly disappointed with this one. If I can manage to get it done it works like magic however, the taste is a big issue for me! I also found it really hard to mix in. Probably didn't help the fact that I wanted to use as little water with it as possible so I didn't have to drink much and taste it. I also found it would repeat on me whilst I was working out especially on cardio days which is when I tend to need it the most. Overall, if the product tasted better I would probably be able to rate it higher.

3The taste is very nice and mix quite well but doesn't give me much boost, I exersice a lot so I start take 5 scoops instead 4 but didn't do much so I and up on 7-8 scoops and still not much change...

Summer fruit flavour
5Amazing!! Taste absolutely insane. Amazing to mix with food and to drink with just water. First time i have tried but definitely going to buy it again!!!Goes Well With:Water , oats

Great flavour, great results!
5I've struggled to find an effective pre-workout that works with my body, especially one that actually tastes good! I have tried numerous pre-workouts and this one was the hands down winner. The summer fruits flavour tastes really nice and I don't find myself feeling tired or fatigued when I have this. It mixes really well and quickly in a normal sports bottle, no need for using your MP shaker! That is an extra bonus for me. Not to mention the doses are really good and this lasts a decent amount of time. If you're still looking for one that works for you, definitely give this a shot! The only downside is that it doesn't come in a bigger size. As a side note, I also have a mild form of CFSME, but play roller derby and lift and this has not given me any crashes & has got me through even the hardest of workouts or games!Goes Well With:Water

Just what I was looking for!
5I don’t drink tea or coffee so I was wary about the caffeine content in most pre-workouts as my body isn’t used to caffeine. I tried the samples first and decided Peach Tea was the flavour for me! I was surprised at how good all of them taste. As long as it is mixed well it is not gritty. I have this for my workouts after work and I can still get to sleep at night. It has greatly improved my workout performance and, most importantly, my willingness to go to the gym after a day at work. Goes Well With:Cold water
