5I'm training for a middle distance triathlon in the summer and I take Taurine ( mixed with EAA and creatine) during longer swimming and cycling sessions. The increase in power and resistance is noticeable. It mixes very well and is tasteless! Great product.Goes Well With:EAA and creatine

Excellent product
5Started taking it a month ago, usually before bed - helps to calm down and sleep better, as well it great for fitness performance.Goes Well With:Sometimes I mixing it with creatine or magnesium, It’s unflavoured so works fine + I get all my supplements in 1 go.

5I’ve had taurine powder before however it never quite worked out, I have been using this for a few weeks and noticing small differences, not massive but a change is a change right? It’s a great affordable product and I would highly recommend this!!Goes Well With:I used to use it with juice but now I add it to a pre workout powder, I use it with the whey mango powder, it mixes well, does occasionally leave a powder at the portion but very faint powder, but not gritty powder like some products you see on the market, so this is overall a good product and I feel as though it works well with myself and isn’t a fad like some others out there!!
