"Only use this before bed as i don't take any supps pre-workout. Can't comment on the drawing water effect as I'm on creatine which does that anyway! However, the sleep i've been getting is quality, dreamless sleep with no interruptions and I often wake up feeling refreshed, even if I haven't had a lot of sleep! All in all a great product for the price and i highly recommend it - Although I do kind of miss having dreams :P"

I take so much supps pre workout I cant comment on that aspect of it. BUT.. the sleep I am getting is amazing and having the most crazy vivid dreams. I love it!

"all the energy of caffeine without the nervous side effects. I like this stuff pre work out. I also use it while working, as I have a very physical job and mid afternoon can run low on energy, so to increase productivity I used to have a red bull ( contains taurine amongst caffeine ) But now I can have this. Im also noticing I appear bigger and stronger and pumped along with creatine."

Took just before bed in glass of water and slept like a baby. Woke up so rested it was a revelation.

I'd never thought of this as an essential before - however it improves focus on workouts and when i take with Zinc & Magnesium its like being given a general aneasthetic ( brilliant 'cos i have a 6 month old baby in the house!)

I can quite honestly say that this stuff has helped me lift a little bit more during sessions - used for a while and seen good gains in strength... Past couple of weeks ran out and noticed I've dropped how much I was lifting... Deffo buy some more on payday!!!!
