5Such a great supplement to add into your training regime. I’ve been taking for a couple weeks and can feel a difference for sure, great for if you’re doing explosive training or high volume. Highly recommend! Goes Well With:Easily mixed! Water, juice or even a shake of your choice.

MSM powder
5The MSM powder was delivered 2 days early, which is great! The date is foul, but it does the job! Helps with my athritic knee. Unfortunately one package was not sealed, and some of the contents had spilled into the package. Not too much, so not a problem.

Easy product to use
4This product mixes very well with any liquid and fully dissolves. It also doesn’t have any taste which is good. I’ve only been using it for a month so I think it’s too soon to see any effects.
