Much needed energy
5Great product. Does as it says. Saviour when on prep and food is low. Such a large deficit in the final weeks running to compete so this real did help and gave an extra push for those workouts! Will keep this up as part of my workout drink forever now!

4love it, but it is a bit hard to mix it with the liquids because it will not fully dissolve.
