Genuinely flavourless
4Easy to use and good quality. I have added it to many different drinks including clear whey (a few different fruit flavours), milk based chocolate protein drinks, squash & also "energy" drinks. Relieved it has no flavour! Can be "gritty" if not mixed/ dissolved well enough.

Magnesium
5Got used to the texture by mixing it in a little yogurt. Feel so much better on it. Glad I found my protein great fast service and advice.

Mixes well
5Mixes really well and can't be tasted, I've had it in juice and in a shake, easy way to get your magnesium in, especially if you prefer not to take a tablet. Goes Well With:Juice Protein shake

Simple and cost effective.
4I purchased the Magnesium Citrate powder as I offer suffer from cramps during long training sessions especially when Tabbing. I add scoop to my recovery shakes with the MyProtein super greens and I have really noticed a difference.Goes Well With:Protein powder of choice and/or greens supplement.

Low magnesium
5I’ve been reading about low magnesium and heart issues , so I’m trying this .I cannot taste it , it doesn’t mix well with a water so I just put the dose in stir vigorously and drink whilst it’s suspended …easy

5Very good price with the discounts. I have a 0.9g level scoop twice a day to try and give my inner tube as much as it needs to absorb. Looked at the Mg Bisglycinate elsewhere but the price here at the time meant I bought this one again.Goes Well With:Protein and supplements drink stirred into warm water.
