Value-for-money recovery aid
5Great value for money for what has become a must-have aid for recovery - busts life stress and aids sleep like nothing else. Stack with melatonin and magnesium for added sleeptime oomph.

Excellent taste and can really feel the results 30min after taking but mixibility is poor
4Taste with espresso is excellent, results are excellent, after 30min feel much more focused and able to sty focused but its very difficult to mix (it just floats on top).Goes Well With:Espresso

Good but fiddly scoop
5Seems to be efffective as I bought it to help with sleep, but the scoop is very small and thus fiddly. It would be helpful to have a longer handle

5Use it for sleep and to calm me down. Take 2 scoops and does what it says. Maybe more effective on other people compared to myself.

5I bought this to relax before bed as anxiety often keeps me from getting to sleep. I went out like a light and into a deep sleep. So it really does work. Bit disappointed as there was no measuring scoop inside the pack, and trying to read the back of the packet is impossible. I had to refer to my protein to see how much to take.

Nice to chill with
5Works well to counteract caffeine if it gives you the jitters.Relaxes the mind but does not cause sleepiness however if you take before bed you are supposed to go into deep sleep quicker for longer so may help with insomniacs.Tastes ok in water or juice and mixes fine.Goes Well With:Juice/water/sleep

5This almost tastes nice. It does seem to have a calming relaxing effect and takes the edge off of a high caffeine dose. I'll probably buy it again.Goes Well With:Water, caffeine.

Good product
4This is a great product. I mainly use it to balance the effects of caffeine but sometimes I’ll have a higher dose at night to calm me down. Makes me fall asleep easier. For the purposes it’s great and I think it’s a good value for the money. It has a slight odd taste to it so I can’t mix it with my coffee because I don’t want any other tastes to the coffee I get fresh from the roastery. The product doesn’t mix with liquids easily either. I really have to stirr to get it dissolve. Those are the minor complaints.Goes Well With:Sugar free juice.

pretty good
4Nice calmg effect when taken over 300mg. Takes the edge/jitters off stimulants. Tase is quite neutral, not bad but not good either. Only problem is that the powder is chunky, hard to measure this way. I have to put some in a smaller container where I can shake it to get loose powder. But still good stuff.Goes Well With:Guarana & DMAe or caffeine
