I dnt really know if it had any extra benefit to the supplements I was taking with it. I took it alongside creatine and protein. I have lost a fair bit of weight but I have been going to the gym 5 times a week for the last 3 months where I lost 2 stone. Theres no hassle in taking it but i honestly cant say if it did anything for me

Was very good and helped me lose weight and achieve my goal. I suggest using it with green tea extract as it is more effective.

"was taking this product becuase needed to shed a bit of extra fat before a competition, usually takes me 2 weeks to shed it off to make my weight group, this combined with my diet i did it within a week. gives you a great buzz before a workout too. Great Product ***"

"It makes me focused and alert. Dont know about its weight loss effects. It also gives very vivid and strange dreams ( along with Zinc and Mag! ). It has some sort of memory influences, as my dreams were consisting of many memories both short and long term."

"nexd working day delivery, love the smell of the powder (very solventy), dont really mind the taste, i take BCAA with creatine ethyl ester and to be frank i dont think theres anything out there that could possibly taste worse than those two mixed together, only bin taking it recently but my weight loss has been quite dramatic without it so i can only imagine it will be even more so with it :D"

"It's very cheap comparing to similar products from other brands. It mixes well with water or juice, I never needed a spoon for that. It tastes like ultra lemon, not very pleasant but I can drink it only with water. These kind of products produces different reactions in our bodies depending on a lot of factors, so it's normal to have different results than those described on all the reviews. In my case, I can loose weight if I complement it with exercise and watch what I eat, other wise you'll be able to maintain weight with a not so healthy diet, which is good for those year seasons like Xmas...eh eh. I usually don't drink it past 17:00 but once I drunk it at 21:00 and it didn't mess my sleep. I will definitely continue to include it in my diet."

Been using this product for the past 6 months and boy I must say its stuff of dreams. The taste which alot of people talk about you hardly notice it after taking it a few times. \nI found the best way is pop it in the mouth and drink water and swallow.\nI have lost 2 stones by taking this 30 mins before morning workout on empty stomach with strong black coffee.....

Always loved this stuff - you get the focus and energy from it. DONT TAKE AFTER 5PM THOUGH FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF WEEKS - YOU WILL NOT SLEEP !!

"I take ALCAR with a black coffee (no sugar) on an empty stomach, 1hr before a workout in the morning (no breakfast) - greatly enhances fat loss and endurance, far better than just caffeine alone. ALCAR after a workout seems to aid better recovery. Top item!"
