Perfect
5I have been taking Instant Oats along with Hard Gainer Extreme. My daily use is 1 scoop of Hard Gainer Extreme, 2 scoops of oats and recently I have added 1 scoop of extra protein and 5g of creatine, twice a day. Before, I was a quite skinny boy, and now I have managed to put on 25kg in 35 weeks. I lift every 2 days and do cardio on a Sunday. I now have arm muscles and a good upper body! It's a perfect product!Goes Well With:hard gainer extreme, creatine monohydrate, impact whey protein

Great product
5I have used My Protein Instant Oats for the past couple of years. I mix them with Impact whey for a great after-workout shake. The oats are finely milled, so mix really easily in my shaker. It does always leave a little bit of "silt" in the bottom, but I quite like that! I have tried other milled oats in the past but found them much courser than these and they do not mix well. Great product and will be re-ordered soon.Goes Well With:Whey protein powders

Can't beat them!
5I love these oats! They mix perfectly with whey protein and milk, and add a slightly oaty taste. As long as you give it a good shake you will have no lumps, just a slightly thicker shake. Fills me up and is perfect after my morning workout.Goes Well With:Whey protein
