I started using Inositol a few weeks ago. After being diagnosed with PCOS at 16, I’ve tried a lot of tricks in the book, but got fed an ad on TikTok for Inositol so I thought I’d give it a go.  I suffer with bad fatigue and feel lethargic a lot! This has changed the game for me, I feel awake and energised for longer, my concentration is better, and it has absolutely no taste which is game changed. It doesn’t even have the chalked texture! Hope to see more results once I’ve used it for a longer time.

So I have pcos and me and my husband have been trying for 3 years to have a baby. I was using ovusense to help determine my ovulation time but it still wasn’t happening. I decided to give this stuff a try. I usually mixed it with my tea or chocolate milk 😅 and it mixed really well! Was taking it everyday day 3 times a day (was following a review made here about amounts to take) and lone behold, 4 months in, I'm pregnant! I have no idea if this helped. I never really felt any “effects” per se but the fact that I got pregnant 4 months after starting this when trying for 3 years makes me believe this helped. I’ll always recommend it now to anyone trying to convince.

Nice soft powder, easy to measure out with the scoop it comes with. Has a bit of a sour taste and can settle at the bottom of the cup/shaker. Does clump a little in the bag but breaks up easily. Works brilliantly! It had made a big difference to me. I feel a lot better since taking this every morning. Also bought whilst on offer so an absolute bargain!

Bought as I saw some recommendations to help with anxiety, one of the few supplements that I have tried that I really noticed a difference. Just for anyone trying, if you try and up to a higher dose, I would recommend increasing gradually over time to reduce some of the side effects (such as being super gassy).

I wish more people with PCOS knew about this supplement. I was feeling extremely disheartened after gyno appointments to be told there’s nothing that can be done for PCOS other than eating no sugar.  I came across an article about this supplement and I can truly say it changed my life. My brain feels more clear, my anxiety levels have decreased so much, my periods have regulated, I don’t get the crazy cravings for sugar, I just feel so much happier in life now and I can thank the inositol for that!  It took a couple of weeks to start to feel the full effects but I would recommend this to EVERYONE who is suffering with PCOS. Please try it, you won’t regret it at all!!
