5I don't have an intolerance or allergy that I know of, but in 2020 decided to try more gluten free products. Been purchasing these for the past year & find them tasty enough. Good price when there are offers. I always have with oat or coconut milk. Goes Well With:Add anything from: Chia seeds. Peanut butter. Honey. Cocoa Nibs.

5These outs are not only gluten free but mix perfectly and are very creamy even mixed with half water half oat milk. Goes Well With:Oak Milk Any plant milk A half scoop of muesli or any other additions

Great oats BUT
4Great tasting oats BUT beware that the scoop is not 50g worth of rolled oats like they say, I measured around 35g for a levelled off scoop. Just wanted to let anyone know as it’s quite a big difference for people counting macros! Goes Well With:Milk/Water

5I have these mixed with unsweetened almond milk, protein powder, collagen protein powder, flaxseed, wheat germ and sugar free syrup. Extremely delicious, highly recommend!Goes Well With:Unsweetened almond milk
