They are very well made but they are 0 practical
The material is very very good, very well put together BUT when it comes to use them they are rubbish!!! the only exercises that you can use them is deadlifts and that's it, and should use them just when your forearms are completely dead because you can not use your fingers just the hooks that's it. PLEASE MAKE THE SMALL HOOKS AS THIS ONE'S ARE AND THEY GONE BE PERFECT!
Report this reviewMYPRO Lifting Hooks - broke after 3 sessions.
I used these for pull downs twice over two sessions and once for RDLs and they ripped at the seams where the straps tighten. Not sure as to why, but i suspect it has something to do with the material getting weaker as you sweat.
