Love it! Best thing I’ve used.
5I read the reviews before buying and for the price, I thought I’d give it a go! My hamstrings and shoulders are always tight, but after one use rolling about with it, I genuinely couldn’t believe how well it loosened me up. Much easier to use than a foam roller or an individual ball and you can really target areas. Brilliant.

Nifty little support to your massage routine
4I prefer to get a sports massage every few months but decided to buy this to supplement that regime. I'm glad I did. Easy to use (though having a specific guide, or guidelines, could be useful), handy for working out little kinks and niggles before they become problems and a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Recommended!

A Must Buy
5Wow - having had issues with my quads, hamstrings and calves for years. I have had to go for sports therapy for quite sometime. The Recovery Stick just arrived and thought strike while the irons hot. Just finished using the recovery stick my legs feel amazing and it’s amazing for circulation. Do not hesitate buy this now!!!

Fantastic product
5I bought this for my boyfriend, he runs quiet lot and uses this to roll out his back and glutes after a long run. I’ve used it myself after heavy lifting weight training sessions and it’s actually brilliant (especially on tight calves in seconds the tightness is gone!!)

Don't see how anybody could have problems with it
5Mainly use it for my legs at the moment. Just like a hand held foam roller but can really focus on certain parts of the muscle that feel particularly tight. Unless you're weirdly flexible I'm sure you could get someone to do other parts like your back etc. but haven't tried it. Can seem quite intimidating with all the spikes but its honestly not that bad. Personally, I find it does a better job than a standard foam roller as you can get to those awkward areas such as the inside of your thighs.

Hits the spot
5This recovery stick hits the spot every time without fail. At first it is uncomfortable and a tiny bit painful, but once that has eased off it is very relaxing.
