Great product
Standing up 9 hours a day and then going to the gym for a leg day session can be strenuous for anyone however this product has helped tremendously as it makes light work of those stiff hamstrings. As soon as you use it you can feel the blood flow through your legs and after a few uses it reduces the lactic acid build up too. Great build quality too.
Report this reviewFantastic product
I bought this for my boyfriend, he runs quiet lot and uses this to roll out his back and glutes after a long run. I’ve used it myself after heavy lifting weight training sessions and it’s actually brilliant (especially on tight calves in seconds the tightness is gone!!)
Report this reviewDon't see how anybody could have problems with it
Mainly use it for my legs at the moment. Just like a hand held foam roller but can really focus on certain parts of the muscle that feel particularly tight. Unless you're weirdly flexible I'm sure you could get someone to do other parts like your back etc. but haven't tried it. Can seem quite intimidating with all the spikes but its honestly not that bad. Personally, I find it does a better job than a standard foam roller as you can get to those awkward areas such as the inside of your thighs.

Absolutely awesome! I ride to work every day and use this post run and it really does work amazingly on the legs!

Works wonders in relaxing the muscles after a good gym session really loosens up and takes all the tension away
Report this reviewGood for back and legs
The design makes it really easy to massage the lower and mid back as well as the legs. Good value for money, ball spikes are pretty hard plastic though so it's not quite a foam roller comfort
Report this reviewEffective
Good for loosening up muscles, post-workout, though can leave a bit of bruising!!
Report this reviewUseful tool for after/inbetween sessions
So I've always foam rolled around training sessions(occassionally lightly before/properly after/ rest days) & used other SMR tools to release tightness in the soft tissue. I was discussing this with a trainer who recommended purchasing a massage stick to try and see if I feel the release any different, and for practicality reasons. I came across this massage stick and thought to give it a go, and I am not disappointed!! Very easy and practical to use when you need a quick release - particularly useful for calves, quads , adductors, hams & the foot even. Just be wary pressing too hard into the adductors, quads and calves especially(even if it feels good) as there is a risk of bruising. Either way recommended as a useful tool to keep around/ handy for when you need a quick release/as part of recovery.
