5Quick and easy to use. I have bad lower back pain and just 5 mins with this after training relieves any pain. Good value too

You gotta try this...
5I bought two of these and have used them on my thighs, shoulders and feet. They are so good. I'm thinking of taking one away on holiday... it's small and light enough to fit in my hand luggage...could even have a crafty foot massage mid-flight. The only downside is that the dog thinks they're for him and has been eyeing them up jealously since I unpacked them.

Brilliant
5I've been into active recovery stuff lately and had previously been using a lacrosse ball to roll out my pecs, glutes and soles of my feet. This works brilliantly for all three, and more. If you squat a lot I strongly recommend getting one of these to roll out your glutes, but this is a great little tool whatever aching muscle group you have.
