Just wish it went a little heavier.
4Love this item it’s perfect for me where I’m trying to strengthen my wrists and improve my grip. But for my hubby who shares this with me it just isn’t heavy enough. Otherwise for me perfect!

Not bad for the money
3Work well and have good resistance, but are noisy, after a few go's, found them to be making a load clicking noise from the spring, that is a horrible sound, found some wd40 helped, but still not great.

Only one problem 4/5
4The only problem is the spring, it keeps clicking whenever i squeeze it too fast. I guess it’s good as it lets me know if i’m doing it too fast, but it’s annoying sometimes.

Okay as a starter
3Reasonable quality although the spring seems to catch on the weaker tension. Wouldn’t buy if have strong grip and need larger resistance.

Broke within 2 weeks of use
2I was using this item around once or twice a day for 3 sets.not at a high weight I was working up when one of the metal bands inside it snapped and cut myself( not a severe injury) I wouldn’t buy this again it was cheaply made however with better materials it would be good to grow forearms muscles and grip strength , Thanks Jamie .

4Good that can change the weight, makes a clicking noice when it above 20kg, not a problem but is irritating.

Great product
5This is a brilliant item as it is adjustable and great for beginners. Only problem with would be the spring can make a clicking sound but overtime mine has stopped doing this. Overall good product.
