Not great

The only good thing about these socks is their compression. Other than that, they shed a lot of fabric, which sticks to carpets and you're feet. They're taller than they seem in the pic, which is another minus for me. Also, the material itself looks bad, like it has spots where small pieces of thread is pulled out. I made the mistake of buying a few sets. 😅😅

My Protein Socks are so comfy

These sock are extremely comfortable and I mean this for both inside and outside the gym, I could be chilling and wearing them or even squatting with them on. Personally I squat without shoes and these sock have really good grip which means I don’t have to worry when choosing what to wear as the style is simple but goes with many things!
