5I'd never used these before and was glad that they came with a guide. As a person focusing in reducing body fat,this has been very useful to me

Misaligned callipers
1Very disappointed. The 2 halves of these callipers do not properly engage with each other when squeezed, so giving a false reading. Error in manufacture probably. Wish I had never purchased this so-called 'precision instrument', haha!

Sorry not for me
2These really were not good, but were very well priced. It is difficult to use these effectively on yourself. You may have better luck if you have someone available to assist you. Honestly, you can use these 3 times in a row and get 3 wildly different results, some of which make no sense at all. The scales, your ability to retain strength while dieting, your clothes and the mirror are all substantially more informative about your fat loss progress than these callipers. If you want to know your accurate body fat you’re going to have to pay out for a thorough professional test. These callipers won’t even give you a ball park or help you understand your progress. Sorry.

4Really can't complain for the price. Cheap and relatively effective. They do wear out eventually and you'll need to buy another. Certainly worth it.Goes Well With:weight and circumference measurements.

Awful design
1This is the most frustrating thing to use. The "clicker" mechanism causes the measurement slider to annoyingly slip out of place when you use it. Do not buy.

Cheap, however perfect.
5At first instance the calipers look and feel very cheap however they do the job you buy them for.Id recommend that you don't leave rattling around in your bag as they may snap, although if your looking to record your Body Fat % this product is perfect.
