1Worst hooks I ever used. During a trapezius workout with dumbbells only 42kg each while sitting, I pinched my finger with a hook to the blood, which I had to stop with hydrogen peroxide. I am a professional athlete, not a green one. My hand was covered in blood, but I finished my 5 sets. tomorrow is my back day and I have no clue how to make this session happen. Two of my friends throw them in the trash as well.

Absolutely what i needed
5Ill give a two person review as my other half has used these two. For myself personally i suffer with teenage arthritis and subsequently my grip is diabolical. I like lifting and i like to lift heavy but with a grip like mine its difficult. This has helped me surpass my PB and i will not be doing deadlifts without this moving forward. My other half on the other hand has no issues with grip and prefers straps, he finds this to hinder his lifts and finds he cannot control the bar as well in comparison to his straps. But as i bought them for me its 5 stars!

The best hooks but the worst quality
1I think i bought at least 10 pears of this they helped me A LOT! They are perfect for when your forearms are dead or when you want to concentrate more on your back not on your grip. BUT THE QUALITY IS RUBBISH! THEY BRAKE AFTER MAXIMUM 2 MONTHS MAKE THE SMALL ONE'S LIKE THE BIG ONE'S AND THEY GONE BE PERFECT ❗❗❗
