Have been suffering from a bad hamstring injury, and doing a bit of research and speaking with my physio I decided to try the foam roller to aid my recovery and wow what a difference this is the perfect product, im going to continue to use it after my training sessions as I am sure it will benefit me, get one of these and use it after your session I'm sure it will help you and this is by far the best I have come across.
solid and feels well made, not as long as I had hoped but does the trick and for how much it cost I would rather have this as it does the same job as ones that cost 2 or 3 times the amount. It came within 2 days with free delivery, could ask for any better but nothing has changed in the years I have been ording from myprotein. As I work in a gym I have recommended this too many of my customers already. Loving your workGoes Well With:Exercise
I bought this foam roller after using one the same in the gym. It is much better than the one I had previously had, as I prefer the smoother surface rather than a heavily dimpled one. It is more user friendly and the price was excellent too and with free delivery. Don't look elsewhere for a foam roller, this is all you'll need.
I am a big advocate of foam rollers. As a strength and conditioning coach I highly recommend them to my athletes because it works. I recently purchased a large number of them for the rugby team I coach and they are seeing huge benefits. Less time off the field, less money spend for costly massages and better mobility in the gym as well as on the field. The MYPROTEIN roller is of great quality and an unbeatable price.
The size of this foam rollers is matching my gym bag's as if it was designed for it. Also the firmness of the roll is great. It is quite hard so you are actually able to do some great foam rolling with it instead of wiggling on a too soft roll. Tip from my fysiotherpist: instead of actually rolling, find your muscle knots and hold your bodypart static (relaxed) while applying pressure. Goes Well With:Warm-up routines

It is also found naturally in dairy products, eggs, soy and vegetable proteins but none of these compares in quality to whey protein powder. It also scores highly in providing the branched chain amino acids that are important in the building and retention of muscle.Whey protein is highly favored by bodybuilders because it provides the necessary building blocks to produce the amino acids that the body uses to build lean muscle tissue. Many studies have shown that whey protein contains the perfect combination of amino acids, in just the right concentration for optimal performance in the body. It is also thought that whey protein has a role as an anti-oxidant and immune system builder. It is best taken in powder form mixed in juice or milk, spread throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Serious bodybuilders often consume up to one hundred fifty grams each day but as a rule of thumb, daily protein intake for active trainers can be calculated by taking your weight in pounds and multiplying by one or two. But remember, you need to work out how much protein is taken from food and other sources, and then spread the remaining whey protein balance over the day.Whey protein is a relatively safe supplement but no more than thirty grams of protein should be taken at one sitting as excessive single doses could overload the liver. The safety of whey protein has been well documented in many scientific studies and there is clear proof that taken consistently, coupled with regular exercise, it will result in meaningful muscle gain.
Supplements with unbelievable benefits and festive discounts which no other companies will provide.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. Dont be fooled by fake users copying fake images of stamps at the end of their reviews and claiming to be authorised reviewers. there is no such thing as authorised reviewers. they have just copied and posted the same reviews again and again and again, desperateiy wanting to earn referral credits. Myprotein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. If you work hard in the gym (or outside of it running, biking etc) a foam roller is a must. It really does cut down recovery time, relaxes your muscles and gets the blood flowing. I use my myprotein roller after every session as part of my cool down and it was worked wonders over the last year or so. Of course, your muscles might still ache and you might still get DOMS (depending on how hard you've worked) but the foam roller has made a huge difference and has allowed me to train hard, more often. The myprotein one is particular good for it's quality, hardness, length and price. Get one you won't regret it.
I purchased the Myprotein foam roller as I needed something firmer and wider than I already had, this is brilliant. The right height to roll my adductor muscle and apply pressure without squashing. Not always a pleasant feeling at the time of rolling but certainly feels good afterwards.
This is perfect for starter and later find it a bit soft
Was unsure , just another gimmick. It works always, had probs with my piriformis muscle , and iliotibial ligament. learnt how to use it on you tube. It works. I use it post ride , seems its cured my problem.
You can't really go wrong with a foam roller at this price. This shorter version is easy to manoeuvre to roll away muscle stiffness especially the back.Goes Well With:Tired muscles
A basic but crucial piece of kit - great for post-workout. Love it.
Having problems with your back? This is the thing for you. You just roll up and down on it. The relief off doing this, when your back cracks. It is just bliss. My partner gets knots in her calf's. She also uses this to loosen her calf. This is a 5☆
I'm new to foam rolling but am really enjoying using this. It's a good size and firmness.
It's the best thing I brought didn't think it would work but now I swear by it
Good foam roller, great to have in the house. A little hard but effective
Very good recovery method especially for soreness and fatigued muscles. Very light, not so compct as cannot be transferred easily but then again it wouldnt serve its purpose if it was easy to foldGoes Well With:Training elastic bands
Great foam roller. I've used the original foam roller by KT, and this foam roller works as well as that. The MP decal started peeling off a few days after I received it though.
I've been using the foam roller twice a week after my leg workout and I feel like they are recovering faster. Also great for stretching the back and shoulders.
