Myprotein Knee Wraps
4I have been using this wrap for a couple of weeks and I definitely feel a difference during workout. It increases the efficiency with an additional 5-10 %. I have some knee problems, and it helps me during squats and heavier leg exercises. They do not hurt at all ... The only negative thing I can say (and I'm not sure whether this is because I can't wrap it tight enough), that now and then, you need to fix it otherwise it keeps slipping apart...

Solid enough
4First pair of knee wraps I've purchased. I've only used them a few times but they seem solid and didn't experience any knee pain like I had when not using them (though this could be more to do with the fact I was over-training!). All in all, they're good quality and can definitely feel the extra support they provide.Goes Well With:Squats, leg extensions.

increased my squat by 5 kilos
5The Myprotein Knee Wraps are excellent. They wrap on a cross pattern over your knee to maximise elasticity. It added 5 kilos onto my squat immediately. Highly recommend them for heavy lifters.Goes Well With:. weight belt

Quite Good
4I don't use these wraps all the time. Only on near maximal weight squats. I guess they do allow you to lift more, but if you stick to a well structured strength training plan, and only use them on near maximal lift percentages then they will definitely protect the knee joint. On all other lifts I stick to raw to build and strengthen the supporting musculature. They are a good length and you can easily get a double layer wrap above and below the knee. The Velcro strip seems stronger than that on the wrist wraps, so here's hoping it holds out to my tight wrapping.Goes Well With:liquid chalk

5I have not used wraps like these Myprotein Knee Wraps before, and have been extremely pleased at how effective they are compared to the simpler and shorter ones I had been using before. There is nothing I dislike about the product, it works very well and looks good.

4These Myprotein Knee Wraps are the first knee wraps I've ever bought. I thought the price was great but for me they could be longer at least another metre or so. However I found them very effective when squatting and I'm able to get 2 extra reps.Goes Well With:Squatting

fine starter
3These Myprotein Knee Wraps are very weak compared to more pro wraps such as Titans. However, they are also much more comfortable and they might be a good starter wrap, or for people that just don't want that much support.
