4Very economic way to track bodyfat levels. Calipers aren't the most accurate but they're definately one of the most economic and most accessible ones. For only a few quid you get a decent set. I think my only criticism would be that they do tend to 'wear' after a few months of weekly use. But they're made out of plastic and cost a few quid, so you're still getting what you pay for. Ideally I'd like MP to supply a more robust metal option, obviously at an increased price. That being said, if you're currently not tracking your BF along with your weight, you really need to. And here is where to start. Get some. Goes Well With:Eating in accordance with your goals

3Although I'm athletic 5'3 tall and 54kg this shows me I am on the over weight border . Must learn how to use it maybe or exercise more and eat less

5Really simple piece of kit that does exactly what you want it to. Very clear and simple instructions and analysis chart. Very good price. Great buy.

Great for keeping track of fat loss
4These are great calipers and would much prefer to measure progress with body fat reduction with these than standing on a set of scales as I don't see how they can tell u anything other than ur weight accurately.
