How to measure

Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg straight and your muscles relaxed. Measure around the centre of your kneecap and around the thickest part of your calf.

If your calf is more than 4cm (1.6in) larger than your knee, it may be worth sizing up for a better fit.

If you want a tighter fit for powerlifting and squatting, size down. A regular fit should feel snug. If you're new to knee sleeves, it's best to stick with the recommended size, especially in medium or smaller.

Hand wash with water or mild detergent, then leave to air dry standing up.

Do not machine wash, spin, wring, or tumble dry. High heat can damage the neoprene and may cause shrinkage or brittleness.
