These figure 8 lifting straps are built to take grip out of the equation when you’re chasing heavier lifts or more reps. The design sits flat against the base of the hand and tightens around the wrist as the bar loads up, helping you stay secure throughout the lift.

The patent-pending webbing blends aramid fibre with spun fibres for a strap that’s stronger than standard nylon, while still giving you the feel and comfort of cotton.

How to measure

Measure the distance from the base of your hand to the edge of your hand between the middle and ring finger. Then add half your wrist width.

If you plan to use the straps on an axle bar, it's best to go up one size.

Care instructions

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then leave to air dry.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the straps.
