Manufactured with high grade neoprene, these elbow sleeves are designed to provide maximal support and compression for heavy training, while ensuring the elbow can still move freely to preserve range of motion.

The sleeves combine the high grade neoprene used in SBD knee sleeves with a thinner interior panel, making them well suited for pulling and pressing movements.

Forge is a limited edition collection, offering the same performance and manufactured to the same high standards as the classic SBD product line.

How to measure

Measure the circumference of your forearm and lower biceps with your arm locked and muscles relaxed. Choose the size that best fits both measurements.

The elbow sleeves stretch more than knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we recommend choosing the smaller size.

Care instructions

We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become bulky when wet and can get caught or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or dryer may degrade the rubber, potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness.
