These terms and conditions apply to the “Facebook liveCyber Monday Lottery*” prize draw advertised on theFacebooklive streamed onMyprotein’s Facebook account “@myproteinuk”

This “giveaway*” is a prize draw which offers entrants the opportunity to win prizes (“Prize Draw”) full details below.3 winners. No purchase necessary. UK residents only.

1. Conditions of entry – To participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:

1.1. You must be aged over 16; If you are not, you must save the permission of your parent or guardian to participate in this promotion. By participating, you confirm that you have obtained suchpermission;

1.2.Bulk entries made by third parties are notpermitted;

1.3. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the PrizeDraw;

1.4. You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter - to enter this Prize Draw you will need to:

2.2Once you have ordered,you must follow the steps on the confirmation email toenter the draw

2.3On your confirmation email, you will be given a link ‘to activate your ticket’ which then you will click on and enter the draw

3. Entry period – You can enter the Prize Draw at any time between 19:00GMTon6th November2020 and 23:59GMTon27th November2020 (“Closing Date”) (“Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date.

4. Winner selection – The winners will be selectedby a random generator, made up of people who haveentered.

5. Prize - All winners will receive oneprize, the prize will correspond to the prize represented on screenduring the draw.

5.1 There will be 6 winner(s) and 6 prizes available consisting of:

-6. Winner notification – The winner must contactMyprotein directly via the @MyproteinUKFacebook page messages within 3 days of the competition’s expiry (no later than3rd December2020). The winner will be asked to confirm their Social Media handle, full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the Prize and provide proof of identity where necessary. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Draw if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 3 days ofthe date of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize or any part of the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize (or part of the Prize) at our own discretion.

7. Announcement of winner - The name and country of residence of the winner will be made available upon request for two months after the Closing Date.

7. Disqualification - We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this promotion or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Prize Draw.

8. Changes to the promotion - We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9. Information about you - By entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw

9.1 Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw. You also agree that we may use your name, social media handle and other information which identifies you for promotional purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or username you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 10. Social Media - This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to release Instagram, Facebook and Twitter of any liability caused in respect of this Prize Draw.

11. Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law we excludeany and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

12. Law - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. On The Beach Holiday Prize

1.1 There will be a Prize awarded by the Promoters as follows:

(a) An On the Beach holiday for 1 weeks stay at the Sol Palmanova hotel for 2 weeks + flights up to the value of £500, excluding school holidays and peak season.

1.2 The Prize is for redemption against a holiday comprising a flight and hotel only. The Prize cannot be redeemed against flight only or hotel only bookings.

1.3 The Prize must be redeemed by booking a holiday comprising a flight and hotel before 31st August 2021.

1.4 The winning Prize has no alternative value. Any cost above the prize is the responsibility of the Winner and must be paid in full at the time of booking. No alternative payment plan or method shall be available to the winner in any circumstance.

1.5 The Prize does not include travel insurance, or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the Prize description. All such costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the Winner and members of their travelling party.

1.6 The Winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies, and comply with any other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Prize.

1.7 The Prize may only be redeemed through bookings made with the Promoter by telephone. The Winner must notify the Promoter that they wish to redeem their prize by emailing winners@onthebeach.co.uk before booking. The appropriate prize value will be deducted from the overall booking cost and the respective Winner must pay the remaining amount in full at the time of booking.

1.8 The Prize cannot be redeemed online. It may only be redeemed upon a telephone booking.

1.9 All bookings made to redeem the Prize are also subject to the Promoter’s separate Terms of Business, and the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers of the flights and accommodation. Copies of these terms can be found on the Promoter’s website.

1.10 Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of any Prize (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the respective Winner.

1.11 All Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

1.12 All Prizes are non‐exchangeable, non‐transferable and have no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given.

1.13 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

2.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. All entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

2.2 In any event, liability of the Promoter is limited to the maximum value of £500.

2.3 The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of any of the Prizes.

2.4 Neither the Promoter, its employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any of the following:

(a) Any incorrect of inaccurate entry made;

(b) Any system failures on any of the websites or platforms being utilised to run the Competition;

(d) Any third party failure that results in the interruption or cancellation of the Competition and/or any Prize that may be associated with the Competition.

3. OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

3.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

(b) waive all moral rights,

in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under any relevant and applicable legislation.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

4.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

4.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

4.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.

5. GENERAL

5.1 By entering the Competition, all entrants are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence shall be entered into otherwise.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrant or any third party. For the avoidance of doubt, this may include the cancellation of any unredeemed Prize. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any participant from the Competition.

5.4 By entering this Competition, entrants consent to their personal data being passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of any prize.

5.5 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network.

5.6 These Terms and Conditions relate and are applicable to this Competition only.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

5.8 The Terms and Conditions of the Competition will be governed by the law of England and Wales, and all entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

6. FORCE MAJEURE Any party to these Terms and Conditions shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non‐performance continues for 4 weeks, the party not affected may terminate this agreement upon written notice, to the other party(ies) to these Terms and Conditions.

7. EXCLUSION OF THIRD PARTIES

Unless it expressly states otherwise, these Terms and Conditions do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions. The rights of the parties to rescind or vary these Terms and Conditions are not subject to the consent of any other person.

This “giveaway*” is a prize draw which offers entrants the opportunity to win prizes by providing the correct answers to questions in a Twitter quiz. Full details below. 20 winners. No purchase necessary. UK residents only.

1. Conditions of entry – To participate in this promotion you must satisfy the following:
