      This is a wonderful product, cheap, effective. Taken with whey protein + daily vitamins + vitamin b complex gave me the needed energy boost. before i was basically reying on my food - balanced foods, high protein, fibre, wholegrain, dairy. but infact if u train hard, even the best diet won't give u the vitamins needed in one go, my body just consumes everything, and since protein is not the only thing u need - u get TIRED, and CANT work out full power everyday. get the point? Unless u eat a bit of everything (which is unreal) GET this.
