Pulse® ready to shake (RTS) has been designed to offer a quick and convenient method of consuming your favourite pre-workout supplement.

We've also included Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (CEE) and a larger amount of Beta Alanine per serving to help push your training beyond its normal realms. Working together, these two performance boosting supplements have been shown to maintain and promote optimum power output whilst delaying the onset of fatigue. After your workout, you will feel incredibly pumped due to the increased blood flow associated with AAKG. This superior blood flow may also lead to quicker recovery times owing to the improved supply of nutrients reaching the worked muscles.

Suggested Use

Add water or juice until bottle is approximately one third full, shake vigorously and consume. This 20g serving is designed for experienced users. We advise trying half the 20g serving to assess your tolerance before using the full 20g. We recommend 1 serving per day approximately 30 minutes before exercise.
