      I found this slightly better then the Smaller MP Scoop, however I still found it difficult to use when digging out containers where I contain my powdered supplements. Would recommend you use a tea spoon, and get used to measuring that way.

      It's a scoop. You use it to scoop powder. It's 40p.... 5* for effectiveness, my main problem was that it tastes terrible and doesn't mix at all!

      Good idea, but like the mini scoop, the handle is much too short to be effective when taking powder out of bags. Please design new ones with longer handles.. I will defo buy if you do!

      these small scoops are very, very helpful, I put them in every 100g - 500g pouch that I use. they make life so much easier, BCAA = 2g creatine mono hydrate = 2.5 the other ingredients I use, depending on the type required use much smaller values, apart from protein of course. I have just noticed the mini scoop so will be getting a few next order!! result! bhmoomooo

      very good little scoop. holds 2.5g which is handy if you're taking creatine as you just take a ever so slightly heaped spoonful and BOOOOM, you are good to go. very good price as well.

      For those who are wondering, this spoon is 5CC. The large spoon is 70CC. Therefore you will need 14 SMALL MP spoonfuls to equal 1 Large Spoonful. Hope I helped!

      Let me echo "Mr. Spare's" question: how much volume does this small scoop hold? 1/2 teaspoon? 1/2 teaspoon? \n\nI live in Greece, and when I placed my order for bulk aminos, I neglected to include the scoop. Because I don't own a small weighing scale either, I'm not able use my aminos because I'm unsure of the correct dosage. I'd be happy to buy a scoop, but oddly, MP will charge me cloase to 20 quid to ship that little peice of plastic to me here in Thessaloniki. Unfortunately, I've not had much help through Customer Service, either. So...perhaps one of you can help? Unless I can find out how much to scoop out of my bulk powders, they're doomed to continue sitting, unopened on my shelf....

      I haven't seen much reviews on this scooper and god knows how others weigh out their supplements, but this scooper is very useful. It weighs out approximately how much you need and all around is easy to use.\n\nNot much else to say other than I recommend this.

      These are great for supplements that require small amounts, like BCAA, Creatine etc. Not only are they around about the right size, they can be put away in the tub or bag so you don't have to look all over for one when you really need one.

      I can only gaze into the dregs of my shake and think about why nobody has written a review of this yet. I think its because its overlooked, and taken for granted. Its a perfect little scoop, and on each product page (IA) there is a measurement for hot much a scoop weighs out: i.e. whey 80 - 25g etc. What else can i say . . great!
