      I bought these last week because I was fed up of my grip failing during a deadlift before my back did, which meant that I was unable to go as heavy, or for as long as I knew I could. So after 2.5 years of training without them I finally decided to invest in some. When I first got them I was unsure about how to use them correctly as no instructions came with the product, which I was a little dissappointed with. But after some video searching and tutorial watching I hit the gym and, despite the straps not being as long as some of the ones I saw in the tutorials, they were extremely comfortable and allowed me to take my wrists pretty much completely out of the equation, meaning that my grip wasnt able to fail because it wasn't required. Very reccommendable product at an incredible price. Definately advise getting them for deadlifts, bent over rows, lat pull downs etc. to isolate the lats and other back muscles and removing the forearms and wrists from the workout.

      Tested out on some shrugs with 3 1/2 plates each side. My other straps caused redness around the wrists and strap marks where they dig in. But not these padded ones. No more tricky questions to fend off from the missus!!! Only comment is that the padding doesn't go right round so the inner wrist is exposed; however the weight isn't on this side so it's not a problem.

      Really nice straps. The padding is a nice little touch as well, very comfy. Like others have mentioned, the only little negative thing about these is the positioning of the logo. But It doesn't really matter that much as the straps are pretty long so you can get enough wrapped around for nice grip!

      Great aid for lifting heavy weights. Enabled me to increase weight on pulls and shrugs by supporting my grip- at the same time highlighting how weak my grip is compared to my torso and now i can work on improving that. IMPORTANT to research how to use them, plenty of short vids online that explain the technique and practice before you go to the gym or you'll cool down attempting to get wrapped up. I personally found the white padding in the perfect place, inbetween the forefinger and thumb, spreading the weight from forefinger to inner wrist. Best gym aid available and for such a great price i bought 2 pairs.

      My friend has these. The white plastic logo is in the wrong place. It is no the area on strap that you wrap around the bar and grip making the strap difficult to use.

      Wasn't expecting too much considering the price but was really suprised with how good they are! They really helped with my grip on dead lifting and are comfy unlike other straps. Would definately recommend them for other people

      I'm a regular user of straps and these are as good a quality as any, just a bit stiff to begin with, but most are. The main gripe is the positioning of the white logo patch, right near the end..?! Makes the last part of the strap stiffer, harder to wrap, and way less grippy. I was disappointed to un-pick the stitching and remove them 'cos otherwise they look really smart, but leaving them in place rendered the straps unusable to me. MP staff: Maybe position it opposite the foam pad so it sits visible on the back of the wrist?

      Fantastic! Straps are thick and grippy and are slightly longer than other straps making setting up on your own a little easier. The pads make them extremely comfortable and stop that pinching issue that you get sometimes with heavy lifts.

      Having been a genius and lost one of my lifting straps I nipped to the nearest Argos to buy some lifting straps - what I got were two tiny flimsy pieces of material that cut my wrist at the first heavy deadlift. I immediately jumped online and came to MyProtein and as ever, wasn't let down. The straps are good thick solid straps, but even better - come with padded bands to protect your wrists on the heavy lifts - definitely what I needed after the horrible cheap straps! Thanks MP!

      I've never used lifting straps before but my grip strength has been letting me down recently as I'm moving up in weight so I decided to invest in some.       I did a set of deadlifts and they kept slipping around the bar which resulted in failed set and restart using my old straps, which worked.\nDisapointing, will try washing them in the machine and see if that makes any difference.

      These straps are excelent quality compaired to other straps which i have bought. Others have simply frayed. These are still in perfect nick, had them 4 almost 6 months. These are also a lot longer than other straps which helps you to wrap then with 1 hand when your other hand is wrapped on to a bar.\r\n\r\nA must for anyone including chin ups, shrugs and even dumbell curls when your wrist get exhausted.\r\n\r\n
