Overview

MP MAX® ONE Promilk is a great tasting and convenient nutritional shake, specifically designed to support an active lifestyle. It provides a massive 38g of high quality protein and is a rich source of BCAAs, which all helps to promote repair and growth, when taken as part of a structured nutrition and exercise plan.

Packed with all the essential nutrients your body needs to recover and grow. MP MAX® ONE Promilk is the ideal supplement for those looking to improve their lean mass and reduce body fat. The high quality milk protein allows your body to promote the growth of lean mass and also prevents the breakdown of tissue during exercise due
to the high level of amino acids.

MP MAX® ONE Promilk has been independently tested for WADA banned substances by HFL Sport Science under the INFORMED-SPORT program. Each batch of MP MAX® ONE Promilk undergoes rigorous testing to provide the highest level of assurance that they are safe for athletes to use. HFL is the world's largest sports drug surveillance and research laboratory and the INFORMED-SPORT program is supported by a number of recognized sports bodies, including UK Sport.

The ready to drink format makes MP MAX® ONE Promilk the ideal choice for anyone looking to consume a nutritious protein drink directly after exercise or whilst on the go. No mixing or measuring is necessary, just open the seal and drink. A straw is also included for easy drinking.

Unlike many other ready to drink protein shakes, MP MAX® ONE Promilk is 100% free of artificial colours and flavours and contains no added sugar.

Chocolate was fine and banana ok. Very handy post-workout back up for when not going home straight after gym or wanting to take another shake/liquid to the gym. Price is superb compared to rival product (especially when bought at the gym).

These are extremely good if you are rushing for food or at work, I take one to work just to keep up my protein levels. I also take one with me if I'm out for more than a couple of hours. I have the chocolate flavour and they taste nice. They are better than other RTD on the market and are a lot cheaper so get these instead. Highly recommend these enough

I recently brought the vanilla flavoured Promilk and the taste is very delicious and creamy. What I notice about the vanilla flavour was that it had slightly less Carbs & Sugar than the nurtritional information shown.I would definitely recommened the flavour would be purchasing more in the future.

Hey, really nice product this: last thing I can be bothered to do when I have been hammering weights and after a long day at work is mess around with a blender and lumpy thick stodgy protein shakes... bought this purely for convenience however I was very impressed with the taste of this stuff. I bought banana flavour and it tastes a bit like sterlised milk which you would normally get in a glass bottle, this is the only protein shake ive actually enjoyed, most of them its a hold your nose and down it job however this is actually really tasty.. bit over priced but i guess that's because of the packaging for each one and the fact they are ready to drink... awesome product, will be reordering this week.

Bought 1 strawberry and 3 chocolate; was a bit gutted that MP didn't add the discount, as I had purchased 4 items. Items arrived; Strawberry only had 2-3 weeks use by date left which meant i had to finish it asap, to add to this it didn't taste as good as similar products out there. Chocolate one had plenty of use by date left; tastes great and I normally have it around 3pm to top up my protein and carb intake between meals. In summary; bulk buy 4 of the same flavour to get the best price, go for chocolate and query the use by date with the MP team before you purchase (unless you are using Promilk as your primary protein source) Hope this helps. Bob

the chocolate shakes are really nice. if you drink them from the fridge, they are bang tasty. i ordered a case of chocolate and a case of strawberry and while they taste nice, the strawberry flavour can be quite lumpy. it's almost like the milk is turning (it's a similar texture to when milk is going off and starts getting lumpy). even after a damn good shake, the lumps are still there. as i say, they taste nice, but if texture affects your enjoyment of a drink, the strawberry drinks might not be for you. go for the chocolate drinks instead. would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the lumps

Really happy with this product. I have used many, many different protein shakes whether they be powder or RTDs and this is the best compromise of protein content / value / taste and ease of use. I keep packs of them dotted all over the place so I always have access to protein. I really struggle with getting enough protein in my diet and these are brilliant for getting more into your diet. I generally use them before / after a workout or as a mid morning snack. Some other makes have higher protein content or much lower carb content, which I would prefer, but buying in bulk at MP means the cost difference outweighs the carb content issue. The only issue I have sometimes is that the straw does not seal properly around the join, so they stop sucking properly when I am half way through the shake. To the guy that cant get the straw through the foil, I advise using a quick 'stab' action rather than trying to push it through. Works every time :-) Would strongly advise this product to anyone who wants easy and convenient protein!

I bought these for our Personal Training Studio for our clients after workouts. They have gone down very well, we got the chocolate and strawberry flavours and everyone seams to like them both. We do a lot of strength training, kettlebells and a strong man style class, so they are a good balance of protien and carbs for recovery after our intense workouts.

I have not bought this product.. I want to but the high sugar content is putting me off, nearly all the carbs are from sugar. Will MP be making a zero sugar one..if so will def buy???

I keep some of these in the boot of my car for emergencies (missing a meal for whichever reason). I have only had banana so far, but by far the best tasing MP product I've ever had. Also the size (330ml) is easy to get down in a couple of seconds. The only problem I have with this product is that the straw often doesn't seem up to the task of piercing the film on the top, it sometimes takes ages! However, if you get too annoyed with this you can just peel the film away and drink it in a similar way to drinking out of a can.

One of the best RTD's out there in my opinion. 38g of quality protein and some fast acting carbs make this ideal for post workout for me. Obviously if you don't want the carbs you need to look elsewhere, a pure protein shot would be my choice, which I also use. But this RTD definitely has it's place and delivers too.

Have been looking for the right RTD protein shake for sometime. maximuscle is typically over priced! found MP max one promilk at a perfect price, and amazing protein content. ordered two cases to give it a try. Vanilla tastes great, perfect texture et al. can't complain in the slightest.perfect for the gym bag. will be buying much more on a regular basis! cheers MP!

I use this prior to training (6:30am) and find it gives me everything i need for my workout and is super easy to consume fresh fromt he fridge at 6am. I follow my workouts with Hurricane XS and have had some great gains in the last month alone with both strength and size! I find so many of these reviews useless or people just complaining about taste etc but i am 100% dedicated and have never had a problem. Keep it up guys

first time with my protein, i've been using maximuscles high priced products untill now, but no more. I find the strawberry ok not sickly sweet like other makes. The texture is more like youghurt than milk, and was difficult to get get up the small bore straw. I am going to make it up to 500 ml with some skimmed milk in future to make it more Drinkable. Otherwise good product at a reasonable price.

To clarify the words you see at the bottom of the page are not my own! Unless there is another Mr A. Staley on here then MP have fabricated the review. I can quite easily drink a protein shake after a workout. I think that it's disappointing that a website I trusted could do such a thing. \r\n

\r\nMP: We can confirm there is an Alan Staley and Adam Staley. We do have nearly 200,000 unique customers now so this will occur. We do not fabricate any reviews only remove reviews that are against our TOC.

These are very handy for me, as a lot of the time there just is no time to make up shakes. I go mountain climbing and hiking all day lot and it is good to have two of these tucked away in my rucksac while I am out.\n\nThey have good dates so can we get bigger packs of them please?

Chocolate tastes fine to me and at £1.20 a carton, this makes them a none brainer for me. No more messing about with powder, to and from work, the gym etc. No wonder myprotein turns over five big ones a year!

I tried the chocolate sample. At first I thought I'd been given strawberry by mistake because it didn't taste chocolatey to me, so I checked the colour and sure enough, it was brown. The taste is OK, but not as chocolatey as the chocolate-nut impact whey I normally buy. It is palatable, though.\n\nWhere this loses points for me is in the number of carbs. I prefer to keep my carbs under 50 a day, so the 20g of carbs this contains is significant.\n\nFor those not worried about carbs, this is a decent and convenient way to get protein on the go and is reasonably cost effective.

I cannot believe that ppl are unhappy with the price! This stuff is extremely good value for what goods you receive. Prior to this I used BSN RTD which cost £34.99 for 12 cartons!!! And the nutritional value was only slightly better!!

I ordered the starwberry and didnt find the taste bad at all, dont think i would buy the multipack as it is expensive for what u get, maybe a multipack of 12 at least? can see how they would be handy though. well done MP.

This product is convenient (good to take with you if your going on a long car journey or dragged shopping with the missus) as it covers the macro's most of us require. However, it lacks in taste, which I have found is something to do with the carton as it tastes like a completely differernt product if you empty into a glass - although this kind of defeats the point and main selling point of the product - its convenience factor (drink it and bin it). Probably a bit expensive too, and could do with packs of at least, say 16 cartons. Def handy to have in the fridge, or in the car boot for an emergency though.

I am sure this product provides everything a growing man needs but hell, the taste sucks. I had to check the expiry date to make sure, tastes like sour milk.\n\n8 pack is convenient allowing me to take a few with for the day. Will have to try the other flavours first...

I've tried the strawberry one as a sample and tastes great.. not too sweet. I was just a bit supprised on the size of them.. 330ml.. maybe a 500ml one so it quenches thirst a bit too..? I can see why they dont do bigger mmultipacks as the weight of the thing would cost loads to post. A definate purchace for future.

This reminds me alot like Nourishment the drink you can buy in news agents but much more well balanced and better ingredients.\n\nWouldnt be able to contain colostrum and keep the price down, but it would be an interesting option.\n\n8, 16 and 24 packs would be a good option to give flexibility to those who are causal, regular and intense training. Also handy for price wise then due to credit crunch!\n\nthanks for the product MP

Promilk is basically skimmed milk powder with some coco and artificial sweetener. \n\nIn the past I have just mixed 100g skimmed milk powder with water and that gives a similar 36g protein and a healthy 350cal (25p per serving). However this is a great option for when I'm lazy and can't be bothered to get out the scales, bowl and blender and wash up.\r\n\r\n

    --

\r\nMP: Please note promilk is NOT made from skimmed milk powder, but fresh skimmed milk. The protein comes from Milk Protein Concentrate and Milk Protein Isolate which are very high quality sources of protein.

I've drank about 3 of the chocolate ones so far and they are awesome, think of them as chocolate milk but with nearly 40g's of protein, the 18grams of sugars also help during and after training.

I have not tasted this yet but look forward to getting it.\n\nThe reason why I am looking forward to this is due to the fact that the powder and shake variety not only taste disgusting, but mainly because it does make me feel very uncomfortable afterwards.\n\nI cannot immediately drink a powder solution after workout as it is too painful. I have to wait 20 mins and then consume very slowly, and even then it can be very painful. When I have a meal afterwards the discomfort is still present, and it feels like indigestion, I cannot eat at all until this discomfort goes away.\n\nI don't know if this problem is unique to me, nor do I know if this solution will cause me discomfort also, but I am assuming that because it is not a powder that I'll be fine.

Larger multipacks say 16 packs would be ideal. MP your amazing, I thought colostrum would have been within the ingredients, maybe next time.
