      listen to the last guy that reviewed this product. I have a 30 inch waist, he said he is over 36" and he said it fit fine. Due to that review i bought a small one... i could not fit in it... be aware. Some people dont know how to measure their waists. Otherwise a great product.

      I ordered a medium based on other reviews, my waist is just over 36". The belt fit well and a bigger one would have been too big. Not sure what the first review classifies as heavy compounds, but I managed to do over 200lb squats and deads with no problem with it.

      Bought this belt as I need one and was making an order with MP already and it was cheap. I'm 6"4 and I find the belt is too small, especially round the sides to give me much support when doing deep heavy squats. It's probably fine if you're one of those guys that wears a belt to do barbell curls but for heavy compound lifts it is too lightweight to do a good job. A belt should really be the same width all round to help you achieve intra-abdominal pressure to keep everything tight and this did not cut the mustard which may be expected for the price. Love MP products but I'll stick to the nutritional side from now on.

      Another quality product from MyProtein. The belt is comfortable and gives a feeling of security under a heavy bar. I don't think you could beat this belt for the price. Do yourself a favour though and measure yourself around the proposed sight of the belt to give the correct size. Do not go by your trouser size - you have been warned. I found that I was a size larger than first suspected.

      After recieving the belt in the Large size, i was shocked to see how "large" it actually was!! MP quickly and effortlessly changed my belt and now i have the Medium. Secure, great fitting, easily washable this belt provides more thane nough lower back support during intense and heavy lifting.\n Excellent product!

      very well made. helps support the lower back whilst lifting weights. my back started playing up recently so i invested in this belt. now i don't fell any discomfort when lifting. very impressed but what else do you expect from myprotein :o)

      check the sizes first - think i got a small and am a 32 inch waist. the back is quite high and rigid and rides up a bit, could be better designed? overall a decent belt though.
