    Suggested Use

    Pour desired amount of liquid in to bottle using the markers to measure. Screw lid tight until secure.

      I have several of these bottles over the last couple of years and they all have the same problem, the tops do NOT screw on tightly, it's like a cross threaded nut on a bolt, tighten, tighten, doh, loose again! This means it leaks, not much, but when using it to drink water at a desk in the office, you end up with a damp front, which is not good! The 2 different plastics used for bottle and lid are the problem, if the lid was made from the same as the bottle, it would probably work better. Bottle also not as soft as other's I've had in the past (I like them squishy), but they do get slightly better over time. Cheap though, so if its just to have handing around when excercising then they are OK. Don't transport fluids in a bag though if you like having dry things!

      I have been using this bottle for the last few days, just for water, and I have to say that the gains I've seen are incredible. I think using the bottle alone has added at least 2cm to my biceps. Recommended for all.

      Didn't release there isn't an actual cap on the spout of the bottle. All there is to stop the water coming out is a rubber membrane in the underside of the cap. To get the liquid out you squeeze the bottle and the liquid squirts out. Not much of an issue at the gym as I can fill it up there but it isn't any good for transporting a liquid already in it.

      they changed the design again so now the cap is like the lucozade sports caps if u know wht i mean. downside is there is no cap over that so if something puts pressure on it in ur bag is squirts water. leakes a little bit but i only have it in my gym bag and its nothing significant. wuld be a neusance if it was in a school/work bag thought. it doesnt smell anymore though, the plastic is better quality. pretty pleased.

      This bottle leaks. Not recommended. The threading in the cap does not fit the thread of the bottle, making it impossible to fit the cap correctly. Hence, it leaks no matter what you do. I still use it when working out. Usually drops of water will fall to the ground, which is not a problem for me. Just make sure it is empty when you put it in your gym bag. Unless you like the contents to be soaked.

      not the best bottle around, leaks when in bag and mine has retained the smell of washing up liquid making it unusable!, tried every known method of removing the smell but am resorting to a new one, not upto the usual standerd in my opinion from MP, would rather pay a little more for better quality product

      Big enough, thin enough, tough enough. It stinks like plastic as you open it the first time, but if you make sure you clean it thoroughly before use you won't notice it. I use it with fresh-taste, long-term and very liquid supplements (e.g. Polase or maltodextrins), but I think it would be quite uncomfortable if used with protein powders: with water, it takes like 6-7 presses to drink some 100ml. Maybe double for a thicker protein mix?

      Great bottle, looks good and VERY cheap compared to other sites water bottles. Some reviews have been saying it leaks but I take mine to the gym every morning and it has not leaked once, most times when I lift it out of my bag its upside down and still the bag is dry. Pity it doesnt come in 1L but other than that perfect.

      I have two of these. They would be great except for the fact that the thread on the cap/top of the bottle is poor so it is almost impossible to get the cap on properly - which means it leaks so you can't put it in your bag. Also I have mixed supplements in them on a couple of occasions and they seem to have retained the smell despite copious washing.

      Holds a good amount of water and looks good, but DO NOT put this in your bag, it will leak everywhere. \n\nI bought two bottles and they are both the same, they leak from the side, not the tip. I've lost count the amount of times i've brought this to work only to find the bottom of my bag soaking wet, it's only good for sitting at your computer desk.

      MP have recently changed the plastic used for the lid. I ordered a new bottle to replace my old and manky one, however, one drop and the mouthpiece snapped off. I have had to go back to my old, decent one.\nGuys/girls at MP, you need to ask the manufacturer to change the plastic used back to the old version.

      The Bottle is OK..... Thats it - Similar to others you can buy except maybe a little more robust and hardwearing but that also comprimises on drinking from such a "strong" bottle - Other reviews suggest that it softens after a while.

      Product is at first a little hard to squeeze when I got it, but after a couple of uses it's softened up and is a lot more usable as a drinks bottle.\n\nThe plastic feels robust and shows no signs of wear after a few sessions. The overall build quality is good, no leaks were present in my bottle and I felt pretty confident shoving it in my bag full of water.\n\nThe top of the bottle is very wide too, once you unscrew it plenty of room to drop supplements in - I have no trouble pouring in large scoops of dextrose.

      Very handy how it has measurements down the side and a good size for taking to the gym. Cant say there is anything wrong with it.
