      Despite reading the other poor reviews, I bought this product, and I am very impressed with it. The bottle itself is very robust, and keeps water cool longer than normal plastic bottles. The plastic cap is very secure, with a tight fitting rubber seal. Contrary to previous reviews, there is a hole which allows air to escape as you drink, making typical gym glugging a breeze! So far I have not experienced any leaks. Overall, this is a great sports bottle, and is well worth the money.

      hi there.i just purchased this not long ago,and wish i hadnt.dont get me wrong it very light and durable for the gym but when you suck to get liquid out,no air can get in so i trapped my lips very bad after drinking.i found my self making a pin hole to draw air in so this didnt happen.its fine now but dont think i had to do that.it should of been done prior to production.we all know in the gym during heavy session we get thirsty and need water so you shoudnt be scared to use the bottle incase you injure your self.food for thought my protein site.but all in all a nice drinking vessle,if u make the hole in on top.

      I've never had a problem with anything from my protein, but this product is poor. Upon recieving mine, I filled it with squash, sealed the lid and clicked the cap in place. When I got to the gym I found that the cap had come loose and my bag was soaked in orange squash. I don't know if mine was faulty, but the cap seems to stay in place through suction, and is very likely to come loose, making the product pointless unless your going to keep it upright at all times. The mouthpiece is also a nightmare as well as I found my lips getting pinched as the mouthpiece was so loose! Very disappointed, especially considering the price.
