    Suggested Use

    Pour desired amount of milk, water or juice using the ml scale etched into the side of the bottle. Add powder then shake. Approximately 5-6 shakes usually makes perfect, clump free drinks.

      I liked the look of this bottle and it generally works ok but I have to say it struggles to mix two scoops of protein powder with 300ml of liquid - the first time I tried it there were quite a few clumps still left in the drink. I've started mixing just one scoop now and it works with this volume.

      Great bottle similar to the bigger blue ones. However at £1 more expensive and half the size one cant help but suspect a little bit of cashing in on the novelty factor MP...\n\nMissus loves it though, although she would like to see a bigger size in pink, quote: 'us girls do drink lots too!'

      works really good just like the blue ones but i put this one in the dishwasher (as i do the blue one) and the logo is now coming off in my hand, the blue one has been through the dishwasher countless times and the logo hasn't a scratch on it strange
