    Suggested Use

    Take 3 scoops (approximately 100g) and mix with 500ml of water or milk. Shake well in our shaker or use a blender. Consume 2-3 servings daily.

      Bought one of these just to sample, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the vanilla one tastes EXACTLY the same at the vanilla meal replacement, and it's cheaper... looks the same, taste the same, is it the same?

      i have sampled vanilla strawberry and choclate mint flavor 3 of each its early days but as regards to taste and texture i give them all the thumbs up they are delicous especially with milk and they are ok with water definatley wont be a problem consuming theese on a regular basis \ni just hope more products become available on samples.keep up the good work guys\npeter
