    LOVE THIS DRINK: I bought the orange and passion fruit flavour and I loved it. It tastes kinda of like a diluted juice drink. It is definitely better straight from the fridge. I've had it pre and post work out and in the mornings on occasions. I'm used to high energy levels from other supplements I take so this didnt impact on me that way. I did feel "fresher" after having it. It gives you that little bit of a kick, without the "caffeine jitters" you can sometimes get. Its low sugar, low carb style is great because it means that even on my diet i can have something sweet and not feel guilty about it. I take Chromium on a daily basis but i omitted it when i had one of these, and to be honest i think my body missed it. Although there is .24mg in a bottle and only .1mg in a tablet i think the tablet must be more immediate or effective on the system so i am continuing to take my chromium. otherwise i get an absolute crash.

    Nutritionally a great addition to my day, not the greatest flavour (a bit strong) but definitely drinkable! I way prefer the orrange and passionfruit to the berry flavour. Gives a bit of a boost with breakfast and pre workout. Ideal for me as I have type 1 diabetes and people with diabetes tend to be deficient in B vits and Chromium but I guess this is a great low calorie drink for anyone! Love the pink bottle - there should be more out there for us girls! :)
