    MP MAX Liquid Egg Whites are the convenient way of consuming all the goodness of egg whites without the fuss of separating from the yolk. They are quite simply 100% fresh egg white with nothing added or taken away, fully pasteurised for your safety and convenience.

    Egg Whites are nature's number one source of protein because they are 100% bio-available. This means they are absorbed fully by the body with none of the vital amino acids going to waste. All other forms of dietary protein are graded in comparison to egg whites due to their fantastic nutritional content.

    MP MAX Liquid Egg Whites are pasteurised to make them salmonella, listeria and avadin free, so completely safe to consume raw or cooked. The presence of avidin in normal raw eggs can affect your body's use of the B Vitamin Biotin which helps the body utilise energy stores. However, the avidin content of our Liquid Egg White is neutralised by the pasteurisation treatment that is performed on every batch. The patented pasteurisation process also allows our Liquid Egg Whites to be stored for up to 5 months at room temperature meaning they do not have to be stored in a refrigerator. Generally other Liquid Egg White products must be stored in a refrigerator and only have a shelf life of 30 days. No preservatives are added to MP MAX Liquid Egg Whites to achieve this extended shelf life.

    Suggested Use

    Due to the patented heat treatment unopened bottles can be stored at room temperature (between 0c and 25c) for up to 5 months. Once a bottle has been opened, it must be stored in a refrigerator and be consumed within 2-3 days, with the lid securely sealed.

    Unopened bottles can be frozen for approximately 12 months. To defrost, place the container in the refrigerator overnight (do not consume until fully defrosted) and then consume within 24 hours. We do not recommend that you re-freeze once thawed.

    30 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) of MP Max Liquid Egg Whites is equivalent to 1 medium egg white. 6 x level MP Plastic Scoop (small) is 1 medium egg white.

    WARNING: Please check any opened package for any odour. Egg whites have little odour or taste so if they do have any strong odour please discard.

      Brilliant, this saves so much time. I mix with MP protein powder. Try about 140 grams with 60 grams of Choc smooth one tea spoon of coffee and top up with water. tastes really good. Also great for omelettes. normally put one whole egg in to give it a bit of substance and colour and equivalent of 4 -6 egg whites. I'm off to make one now LOL

      Fantastic! I read reviews about being able to drink it straight, on reading, I started gagging a little at the childhood memorys of Rocky. However... Its neutral, tastless. I just wolfed down 200ml like water. Great job. Tomorrow morning i'm going to scramble some. I went for the organic ones... I got the discount code, so I reckoned the extra price was countered out.       Great product. saves separating loads of eggs so quick and easy. Mine lasts a good week in the fridge - in my opinion the use within 3 days after opening the bottle is massively over cautious. Finished a bottle today which was just fine and has been opened for 7 days - You will be able to smell when its starting to go off - Its egg, it will be obvious.

I mix my "just whites" egg whites with "my protein, whey isolate" (unflavoured) powder a little nesquick choc powder and some whole milk and it tastes amazing, i love it!! 1000% recommend this to anyone trying to up their protein intake to help build lean muscle!!

      Great time saver! I have been following P90X diet plan but I do not eat meat (vegetarian) and its a major pain having to crack 6 eggs and then remove the yolk - while half a sleep in the morning!       Great Time Saver!! These are great if you eat many egg whites a day, saves time and throwing out yolks. They cost about the same as Standard Egg Whites 10-12p a egg, just you save time and effort. As for Shelf Life I use half a bottle at a time and freeze the other half in a half litter water bottle. Not Rocket Science eh? Just check batch expiry dates before you order above and good to go. Great adding to shakes for extra protein, don't notice it, cook with them these days, used drink before but found went straight through me! If you do drink them, mix with some robinsons juice. Will buy again soon for convenience and to stop wasting yolks lol.

      Having read some of these reviews, I am rather amazed at how few brain cells some people seem to have! What is it they say about gym people, all brawn and no brains? Well, 1 or 2 of you have really shone through in that respect here! I am talking about those of you that cannot consume a bottle of this fantasic product within 3 days of opening! Duh! It's simple really! I am a bodybuilder but with all the protein I eat I don't always want 10+ eggs a day. So, I pour each bottle into 4 small round lock and lock tumbler. Pour an equal (ish) amount in each tub. Put 2 in the fridge and freeze the others. That will give you 8 egg whites per container. When you have used your second tub on day 2 or whenever, take another out of the freezer that night and it will be thawed out and ready to use the next day. Then repeat for your fourth container and so on! Then another bottle back into your 4 containers and start again! Not hard is it? lol.. A little initiative, eh guys? This is a superb product, easy, cheap, and good clean protein! Unbeatable. Much cheaper than buying eggs and splitting them for the whites. I bulk-buy and the extra savings a great!       Sounds like a really attractive convenient prospect to start with but when you weigh up the pros and cons they don’t seem so great after all. One of the main selling points of this product besides convenience is the 5 month shelf life…unfortunately once you open the bottle the whites have to be used within 2-3 days so really you only have just under 3 weeks supply if you use them back to back. The timeframe to consume them is just too small. Convenient yes…cheap no. My verdict stick with store bought eggs.

      This stuff is great. I don't drink it or use it like you other guys would- I'm on a diet so I use it for a low calorie lunch and breakfast. I just have it scrambled and mixed with loads of veg- awesome! I just microwave it to cook it. It is really tasty when cooked. This is the only place I've managed to find pure egg whites liquid and the fact it is pasteurised is a super bonus!

      How to drink liquid egg whites - make as if you were going to make yourself a glass of orange squash or blackcurrant (or ribena or whatever your favourite is). Believe me, it's fine. I pour one third of a bottle of egg whites into a glass (that's 12 eggs) with some vimto, ribena or orange squash already in the glass - you can drink this down with no taste apart from the taste of the juice. I've no interest in cooking in the morning or last thing at night and this is perfect for starting the day and providing slow release protein through the night. Been doing this for over a year now, and given me more gains over the last year than years of previous intake of protein powders - fantastic product. Also they are not expensive - works out at less than 12p per egg, so for me that means my breakfast costs less than £1.50 (that ain't expensive - so stop moaning about the price and get bigger)

      Mixed 200ml of this with some protein powder before bed as I only finish training at 9:30pm and can't be bothered or take eating a full meal at 10:30. Went to bed at 11 and woke at 1 with severe stomach pains. Was up for 2 hours feeling violently ill and only 4 anadin extra's managed to ease the pain enough for me to sleep. Think I'll stick in the unopened bottle in the back of the cupboard and leave alone.

      Great product, just got my first two bottles, they are nearly gone!! Definitely be ordering some in bulk.\nTry using them in power muffins great for after training. add some whey impact, oats, flour, dried fruit and I use honey to sweeten them. 20 mins on 150 degrees.

      I have no idea! I'm on my 4th bottle of these now and recommend them to everyone I know.       These i find very good at getting egg white protein in me. I dont have a massive amount of time in a morning b4 i head off to work so getting 10-12 egg whites blended with 100g ultra fine oats, one scoop choc whey and a banana is the ultimate breakfast on the go! these can be drank as they are with no taste and are not thick or slimey as one might think, again another good product to have in the cupboard!!!

      This product is superb, having visited the states, where liquid egg, egg substitutes and whites are the norm in most supermarkets, I am most disappointed that this trend has not caught on in the UK, which would also ultimately bring the price down as part of the usual price war that occurs between stores. The egg whites behave like normal whites and taste wonderful, my recommendation is put a spray of 1cal in a cup and a pinch of seasoning pour in the whites and just microwave as is, and remember as they have been pasteurized they don't need to be cooked too long and can be eaten while still soft and delicious - bon appetite.

      was quite excited about these as im not a morning person and wanted something easy to deal with. i found that these didnt cook too well, probably nothing wrong with them i just think with no fatty yolk present, they dont fry, scramble or omlette too well. they also are very sulphurous, far more so than normal eggs, which makes them smell a bit like farts!\nthey were a bit too strange tasting to drink raw and i have decided that i will have to just continue boiling whole eggs n chucking the yolks away. bit of inconvenience gettin rid of the the shells, but at least i actually enjoy eating them.

      My favourite MP product and the most valuable of all suplements I use. You cannot get a biologically more usable protein from any other known source than from egg whites and you cant consume egg whites in an easier way than liquid eggwhites!!!! \n My only criticism is the recent price hike from £3 per bottle to £4.25!!! But I suppose in the current economical climate all food prices have risen considerably. Hence the 1/2 star drop in rating, otherwise top marks.

      I thought i would add to my review 3 months after using these products.. I would add that i have tried other's in the meantime and these are the best... All the others were stodgy with a odour!! I drink 2 bottles of these a day with no mixing, just straight from the bottle.. My fat content has dropped around 3% on my strict diet but i have gaines nearly 2KG in muscle.. My abbs now show with little abb work and i feel strong as an oxe on these... I cannot reccomend these enough

      I have had various egg whites in the past being a body builder there is no better form of protein. And these are the best ever.. I can drink them straight from the bottle.. The bottle is a perfect size and i consme a bottle a day.. No nasty lumpy bits, no taste. Want muscle without fat ?       Well... I must be a girl but I gag after drinking these egg whites, they leave a very potent egg aftertaste!!! Hence why I'll hold my nose and then drink something straight after and it's all good!!\nOn the omelette front they do a good job, at first it doesnt look like it'll cook (looks watery) but it will, better to grill the upside rather than flip it I found. Scrambles ok in a saucepan (no microwave - student!) but doesn't work when milk is added!\n\nImpressed! Not a 5 because of the aftertaste from drinking them :)

Ya can mix it in with ya regular shakes too.. though it does give a slightly undesirable taste to it... and i do mean slight.. its nothing to moan about really. Seeing as ya can also drink the stuff raw without any worry of gettin ill, its also the best way to eat the stuff.. does make ya gag a bit after downing a few mouthfulls though and thats the only reason I'm giving it 4.5 stars. top product and far cheaper than the same product elsewhere.

      liquid egg whites are great, egg white protein is an excellent source of protein for building both strength and muscle, which normally is sourced from either a horrid tasting powder or cracking a whole load of eggs. Not now though with this cost effective easy liquid, microwave and stick on toast or add to favourate drink! and enjoy
