    K-RALA is the stable potassium salt form of R-Lipoic Acid. Researchers believe that R-lipoic acid is a far more active than the standard Alpha-Lipoic Acid.

      Used these for about four months now and they're very effective - I have found concentrated antioxidants IN GENERAL to provide a meaningful physical and mental boost. However, as the other poster says, DON'T take these before you go to bed, because you'll be up all night.

      This stuff is brilliant, especially combined with Acetyl-L-Carnitine. It gives me an incredible boost during training. DO NOT TAKE THESE TWO TOGETHER AFTER 5PM YOU WILL NOT SLEEP.
