      Excellent product. I had plenty of problems with my wrist being weak and aching. Now I've blasted through the plateau, lifting heavier, grip feels stronger and I can even play my guitar for longer periods without the aches, so an added bonus. 5/5

      this stuffs been great for me,done something to the top of my arm doing hammer curls bout seven months ago leaving me in some discomfort,couldnt even do one press up,but gradually built it up.\neven though i was getting stronger i was starting to develop a click and a small shooting pain when it clicked,the pain felt the same as when you turn your head to quick and u get that hot shooting pain well after using this product for bout five days the clicking and pain has stopped. definately worth the money.(cheers mp)

      I'm 53 with some 30 years of martial arts training behind me. It's the age where all the old injuries start to reappear as arthritic symptoms. Luckily my body responds very well to glucosamine and the result is that *all* such symptoms have been held at bay with 1500mg per day. No pain and plenty of gain!

      Dont miss out on this if u r lifting weights to gain lean tissue, heavy weights = lean tissue growth but unfortunately can mean tendon and joint problems, I have been training 20 years, i know, I have been using this product for 5 years and it does exactly what it says on the tin, helps u absorb shock in your joints. Use it for a while for prevention or cure and if required add chontroitin which is a complementary product to this.

      Top quality much more effectve than the caps the taste is absolutely horrible but after one month on MP glucosamine my chronic lower back pain has almost completely disappeared a tendonitis left wrist as well. The taste is nothing compared to the benefits you get. I take 3 teaspoons a day no stomac or gut problem top top top Hugh

      This stuff is great for your joints. My elbows and wrists used to always click, ive been using this for a couple of months now and the rarely click now. But be warned glucosamine tastes foul! i advise buying some NOW gelatin caps and consuming them that way!
