Glucosamine HCL provides 40% more Glucosamine than standard Glucosamine Sulphate.

    I use to have pain constantly in my knee whenever i would bend down or do any leg exercises, this stayed the same for months so i decided to buy these based on the reviews of the glucosamine sulfate reviews. Been taking these 2 a day for a few months now and my knee pain had gone away. Although it doesn't stop it from never coming back, i played football the other day and its gone back to how it use to. But im sure it will help my knee get back to normal again
